The company AGRO SIS was founded in 2011 in Trstenik, Serbia. The company specializes in the production and export of fruit seedlings, grapevine grafts, and ornamental plants. Our products are exported worldwide. By combining modern technology in seedling production with a tradition of fifty years of experience in producing planting material, our company’s products achieve top-quality standards. We distribute our products throughout Serbia, with the option of personal delivery.

Strategy

The strategy we used had to be adapted to the specific situation in which rasadniknesa.com started from. It’s like a new site that’s getting into the big competition market. The high level of competition is recognised by more than 1,000 currently registered nurseries in Serbia, for already existing websites with an average age of five years.  The initial strategy is set to appear at the earliest possible time in the CERP categories and sub-categories for the rasadniknesa.com. Also used was targeting the target group through specific crop names where competition is unpredictably lower.

Process

Analysis of the Web site

An initial analysis of the site found that the site had security problems, the layout of the link juice and the entire content on the site, which was not relational. The site with that set up failed to reach as much as 50 visits a month. The state of the site after three months of optimisation has received over 500 visits per month with indications of growth at a rate of 10% per month.

The Study of Key Words

Market research has shown strong competition in registered over 1,860,000 pages that compete for selected keywords. The strategy found the part of the market that was not saturated and not used, which is why the optimization results came in record time. Running on the front page of Google with over 20 targeted keywords.

Writing and Creating Content

The erroneous distribution of content, menus, category names, subcategories, distribution of internal and external links led to a very poor user Experience of users which made sales and conversions on the site close to zero. After optimization, all the grain stocks were sold in just three months.

Technical Optimization

The site had security problems, server speed, all-page downloading speed, as well as the entire site structure. By solving technical issues, the upload speed has been doubled, which is why Google rated the site. This directly affected the occupied positions, which jumped an average of 10 places from the previously occupied positions in the SERO.

In just three months of optimisation there has been an increase in the number of visits by 1000% and a maximum increase in sales (20,000 plantations sold, i.e. all planned stocks of plantations for the current year). In the pictures below you can see a jump in the number of visits from December 2020 to March 2021. The number of keywords for which the site was nominated in March 2021 was 140, of which all subcategory categories are indexed with targeted keywords. The strategy set out resulted in the nomination of over 20 keywords on the front page of Google. This was the key to the success that our client, rasadniknesa.com, was able to sell off all of the remaining plantations. The site’s estimate date on April 8, 2021 by SEO tool Sitebulb is 92 out of a maximum of 100. (You can see in the picture below the extracted report). The assessment shows that the site is in near-perfect condition and that it is necessary to work on the link building strategy to improve the current positions.
